  • Teste: 2.500 MT + 2.500 MT adicionais

  • Contrato: Até 50.000 MT por 12 meses

3. Procedimento CIF (Não-Negociável)

1. O Comprador/Pagador emite ICPO, CIS/KYC para o agente do Vendedor.

2. Se a conformidade estiver OK, o Comprador enviará o ICPO para o Vendedor final.

3. O Vendedor emite o SPA (Contrato de Compra e Venda), que está aberto para emendas, se houver.

4. O Comprador confirma o contrato (SPA) e ambas as partes assinam e carimbam.

5. Uma vez assinado, o contrato é trocado por e-mail, tornando-se um documento legal que pode ser apresentado aos seus respectivos bancos junto com o ICPO.

6. O Vendedor envia a minuta da DLC MT700 para aprovação do banco do Comprador.

7. O Comprador envia a minuta da DLC MT700 aprovada de seu banco para o Vendedor para acompanhamento.

8. O banco do Comprador, dentro de cinco (5) dias bancários, libera o SWIFT DLC MT700 para a conta bancária fiduciária do Vendedor.

9. O Vendedor, mediante reconfirmação do SWIFT do banco do Comprador, emite 2% de Performance Bond (Garantia de Performance) dentro de cinco (5) dias bancários para o banco do Comprador.

10. Os embarques começam em no máximo 20 dias. O Vendedor notificará o Comprador com todos os documentos de embarque e enviará uma cópia digital por e-mail.

11. No recebimento das mercadorias no porto de descarga, o Comprador realiza a inspeção SGS/CIQ/CCIQ ou equivalente por sua conta. Um formulário original da inspeção (feito no porto de destino) será enviado ao Vendedor para seus registros.

12. O Comprador libera os pagamentos dentro de cinco (5) dias por MT103/Transferência TT para a conta bancária nomeada do Vendedor, conforme indicado na fatura comercial. O Vendedor entregará todas as cópias físicas dos documentos de embarque ao Comprador.

13. O Vendedor, no recebimento dos pagamentos, libera a comissão em dois (2) dias para todos os agentes/intermediários/corretores conforme o NCNDA/IMFPA assinado.

14. Subsequentemente, o embarque mensal continua conforme os termos e condições do Contrato de Compra e Venda com R&E (o Contrato) entre o Comprador e o Vendedor.

4. Observações Importantes

• Visitas a plantas de produção ou armazéns não são permitidas.

• O Vendedor não mostrará desempenho passado, SGS passado, BL passado, fotos ou vídeos.

• Todos os documentos devem ser enviados do e-mail corporativo do Comprador. Não são aceitos documentos de e-mails como gmail.com, hotmail.com, 163.com, qq.com, etc.

• A LOI (Carta de Intenções) deve incluir este procedimento e as observações.

• Todos os e-mails recebidos sem esses requisitos não serão respondidos.

2. Origin and Quantity

• Seller Origin: Kenya

• Product Origin: Africa (Kenya & Tanzania)

• Quantity:

  • Trial: 2,500 MT + 2,500 MT

  • Contract: Up to 50,000 MT x 12 months

3. CIF Non-Negotiable Procedure

1. The Buyer/Payer issues ICPO, CIS/KYC to the Seller's agent.

2. If compliance is satisfactory, the Buyer will send the ICPO to the End Seller.

3. The Seller issues the SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement), which is open for amendments if any are to be done.

4. The Buyer confirms the contract (SPA), and both parties sign and stamp.

5. Once signed, the contract is exchanged by way of email, which will then become a legal document and can be presented to their respective banks along with the ICPO.

6. The Seller sends the DLC MT700 Draft Verbiage to the Buyer for the Buyer's bank approval.

7. The Buyer sends the DLC MT700 Verbiage approved from their bank to the Seller for further follow-up.

8. The Buyer’s bank, within five (5) banking days, releases the SWIFT DLC MT700 to the Seller’s fiduciary bank account.

9. Upon re-confirmation of the SWIFT from the Buyer’s bank, the Seller issues a 2% Performance Bond within five (5) banking days to the Buyer’s bank.

10. Shipments start within 20 days max. The Seller will notify the Buyer with all shipping documents and send a soft copy by email.

11. On receipt of the goods at the discharge port, the Buyer conducts SGS/CIQ/CCIQ or equivalent inspection at their cost. One original form SGS/CIQ/CCIQ (done at destination port) will be sent to the Seller for their records.

12. The Buyer releases the payments within five (5) days by MT103/TT Transfer to the Seller’s nominated bank account given in the Commercial Invoice. The Seller will hand over all hard copies of shipping documents to the Buyer.

13. The Seller, upon receipt of the payments, releases the commission within two (2) days to all the agents/intermediaries/brokers as per the signed NCNDA/IMFPA.

14. Subsequently, monthly shipments continue as per the terms and conditions of the Sales and Purchase Agreement with R&E (the Contract) between the Buyer and the Seller.

4. Important Remarks

• Visits to production plants or warehouses are not allowed.

• The Seller will not show past performance, past SGS, past BL, photos, or videos.

• All documents must be sent from the Buyer's corporate email. Documents from emails such as gmail.com, hotmail.com, 163.com, qq.com, etc., are not accepted.

• The LOI (Letter of Intent) must include this procedure and these remarks.

• All emails received without these requirements will not be answered.
